Use only content you control

You must own or have permission to use every name, photograph, illustration, font, logo, statement and file you submit. Printwell does not provide legal or trademark availability opinions.

Protected identity and IP restrictions

Do not request, upload or generate copies or imitations of protected logos, characters, films, television properties, games, teams, famous people or other recognisable third-party identity. Requests for counterfeit, confusingly similar or passing-off material are prohibited.

You may create an original visual identity for your own business, but you remain responsible for clearance and registration searches.

Unlawful and harmful content

• No fraud, impersonation, deceptive pricing, fake endorsements or misleading claims.
• No hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent extremist or illegal content.
• No regulated medical, financial or legal claims presented as professional advice or guaranteed results.
• No malware, credential theft, abuse of access controls or automated disruption.
• No personal data or images used without a lawful basis and permission.

Review and enforcement

We may automatically screen inputs and outputs, refuse generation, remove content, limit accounts or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security or legal compliance. You may contact support to request human review of a refusal.
