Refund & Cancellation

Cancel at any time

You may cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless law requires otherwise.

Refund eligibility

Unused monthly allowance is not refundable, does not roll over and is not stored value. Because generation capacity and digital access are made available immediately, completed billing periods are normally non-refundable except where required by law, a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, or the service was materially unavailable.

If an output is unsatisfactory, use revision or regeneration first. Output taste alone does not establish a billing error, but statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

How to request a review

Email support@dspprintdesignk.shop within 14 days of the relevant charge with the account email, charge date, plan and reason. Do not send complete card details. We normally respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds and disputes

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate; this does not limit your right to contact your payment provider. Fraudulent dispute activity may lead to account restriction.
